Services

  • Conduct Navy and Marine Corps training safety surveys of any formal course designated as high or moderate risk,  including surface, sub-surface and aviation firefighting; damage control; crash and salvage; rappelling, parachuting; mountain survival; live combat fire training; diving; rescue swimmer and Spec Ops.
  • Surveys include detailed administration review of instructor qualification process, pre-mishap plans and other vital records; monitoring the field/lab portions of courses; providing a checklist of findings and recommendations for improving the safety posture of command.
  • We fund and schedule the surveys, so it costs your command nothing.
  • Scheduling a survey is on a "first come, first serve basis" and requires a letter (on command letterhead) requesting the survey. This letter should include course descriptions and desired visit dates.
  • As detailed in OPNAVINST 1500.75 and CNET 1500.20 the time to schedule a survey is mid-point between formal TPEB inspections but our teams will provide surveys any time during the training cycle when invited.
  • Surveys are conducted on a "not to interfere basis" and the results are provided to your command only.  No follow-up reports are required.
