Automated Classification System


Welcome to the web-enabled version of the Automated Classification System (ACS). ACS allows OHRM personnel to create individualized position descriptions (PDs) by choosing from approved career paths, pay bands, titles, specialties, etc. In addition, ACS allows users to edit existing PDs, save an existing PD as a new PD, delete PDs, and Print PDs from a print-friendly browser window.

To use ACS, you must first obtain a Login ID and password from your supervisor.

For further instructions on using ACS, please refer to ACS Help.

If you are experiencing a problem using your password, please contact the system administrator for your organization.

Acrobat Reader is required to view and print PD. You can download Acrobat Reader from here
