Information
Orders may be expected to arrive within 2 to 3 weeks. Please wait
at least one week before inquiring about the status of your order.
Standard Shipping:
Standard shipping charges are already included in the prices listed
with products for sale. For deliveries within the U.S., products are
shipped fourth class. (Please note that some subscription services
are automatically shipped first class; the cost for this service is
included in the sales price.) Please allow two to three weeks for
delivery.
Special Shipping Options: Upon telephone
request, products may be shipped via Federal Express, first-class
mail, or airmail. These shipping options carry an additional charge.

International
Shipping: Products are shipped via surface mail. (Please note
that some subscription services are automatically shipped first class;
the cost for this service is included in the sales price.) Please
allow two to three weeks for delivery.
All orders must be placed in English.
Please note that posted prices reflect the cost for domestic orders,
unless specifically labeled as foreign prices. Consult the Sales
Product Catalog (SPC) for foreign prices.
NOTE: At this time, online ordering is not available for
international customers. To order, please contact the GPO

Orders for
delivery outside of the United States are subject to a 40
percent
surcharge for special handling, as required by international mailing
regulations. International shipping options include surface-mail and
airmail delivery. Surface-mail delivery will be used unless the order
specifies otherwise; the charge for this delivery service is already
reflected in the foreign price. Airmail delivery is available upon
request for an additional charge; restrictions are based on the international
postal zone of the recipient. Airmail rate inquiries can be made by

All sales are final. Product returns are accepted only when an error
is made by the Government Printing Office. To report a problem or
to request authorization for a return, please contact the appropriate
service section.
