Detailed Instructions

Search For

Enter strings to search for in the FastLane FAQs. Separate the words with at least one space. If you wish to search for a specific string of words, then enclose the words in quote marks.
Example: "file upload"

Exact Match

By checking this box, the search will look for exact matches to the search strings. For example, if the search string contained the word "PDF" and this box was checked, then any records with "PDF" would be returned but any records with "PDFs" would not be returned.

Any Words / All Words

The search will return records that contain either any of the search words or all of the search words.

Search Only Questions / Only Answers / Both Questions and Answers

The search will return records based on a search of only the question, only the answer, or both the question and the answer for the search words.
