I Can't Find My Department in the Database

- Provide information for only one of these two fields: City or Zip Code.
- If your department is not found, try entering just the first three numbers of your zip code.
Your department's record hasn't been added to the database yet.
If you submitted the census form through the web site, you will receive an e-mail confirmation number from USFA. Please verify your department's registration using the confirmation number and your e-mail address at the Verify Registration Page. Once you have confirmed the registration, it is reviewed by USFA staff for data quality and completeness before it is included in the census database.
If you did not receive the confirmation e-mail, please contact us so that we can provide you with the confirmation number.
Your department may not have registered.
Please check with the appropriate personnel in your fire department to see if a census form was completed.
If it wasn't, you are welcome to REGISTER ONLINE through this site or by
downloading the registration form and faxing it to USFA at (301) 447-1049.
