Introduction
The Unified Financial Login allows for a Financial Administrator to be designated for each
organization. The Financial Administrator can then grant permissions to designated FastLane Users
for any or all of the following financial applications:
- FCTR
- Cash Request
- Cash Request History
- Grantee EFT Update
- Grantee EFT History
Primary Organization User (POU) Actions
It is the task of the POU to establish a Financial Administrator.
- Login to FastLane as SRO Representative
- Access "Organization Applications" Screen
- Create a User
- Establish a Financial Administrator
Financial Administrator (FA) Actions
It is the task of the Financial Administrator to establish other Fastlane users as Financial Function Users (FFUs). If necessary, the FA may select themself as an FFU. FFUs may be authorized to access any or all of these applications: Federal Cash Transaction Report, Cash Request, Cash Request History, Grantee EFT Update, and Grantee EFT History.
Note: at least one individual must be authorized for each of the five applications.
- Login to FastLane as SRO Representative
- Access "Organization Applications" Screen
- Add Permissions to a FastLane User ID
- Delete Permissions from a FastLane User ID
Financial Function User (FFU) Actions
The FFU may perform any of the following FastLane financial functions provided they have the proper permissions: FCTR, Cash Request, Cash Request History, Grantee EFT Update, Grantee EFT History.
