The CIS operates a toll-free, nationwide telephone hotline 1-800-4-CANCER (1-800-422-6237) that can be reached Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. local time. Spanish-speaking information specialists are also available to answer questions. People with TTY equipment should dial 1-800-332-8615.
