OGE Optional Form 450-A - CONFIDENTIAL CERTIFICATE OF NO NEW INTERESTS to be used only when there have been no changes from filing your last 450 with REE. This form may not be used by SGEs (Collaborators, Consultants, Experts, or Panel Managers) or by first time filers with REE.

NOTE: This form will not be available during Financial Disclosure campaigns in an election year. Only OGE Form 450 will be accepted from October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005.
