Personnel Announcement

President George W. Bush today announced his intention to nominate
one individual and appoint three individuals to serve in his
administration:
The President intends to nominate William Emil Moschella of
Virginia, to be Assistant Attorney General (Legislative Affairs). Mr.
Moschella is currently the Chief Legislative Counsel and
Parliamentarian for the House Committee on the Judiciary, where he
previously served as Chief Investigative Counsel as well as Counsel.
Earlier in his career, he also served as General Counsel for the House
Committee on Rules. Mr. Moschella is a graduate of the University of
Virginia and received a law degree from George Mason University School
of Law.
The President intends to appoint Mark A. Forman of Maryland, to be
Administrator of the Office of Electronic Government, the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB). Mr. Forman currently serves as the
Associate Director for Information Technology and E-Government at OMB.
He previously served as Vice President of e-business at Unisys Global
Industries and as a Principal at IBM Global Services. He also worked
as senior staff at the Senate Government Affairs Committee. Mr. Forman
is a graduate of the Ohio State University and earned his master's
degree from the University of Chicago.
The President intends to appoint the following individuals to be
Members of the Board of Visitors to the United States Air Force
Academy:
The President intends to appoint James S. Gilmore, III of Virginia,
for the remainder of a three-year term expiring December 30, 2005.
The President intends to appoint Winston Wilkinson of Utah, for the
remainder of a three-year term expiring December 30, 2005.
