Dear Customer:
I would like to thank all of the customers who participated in our listening sessions. The many insightful comments and suggestions have provided much food for thought within the organization. We are committed to serving the needs of our customers, and we can only respond to those needs when they are expressed needs, not needs that we perceive on our own or in a vacuum without input from our customers. We appreciate the time that each of you took from your busy schedules to meet with us. Subsequent to the Conversation with Customers, I have had the opportunity to meet on several occasions with customers who attended, as well as other customers who were not a part of our listening sessions. At each of those meetings, the thoughts expressed and the quality of the dialog have reinforced for me the importance of staying in touch -- and in tune -- with those whose needs and interests we are here to serve. Thank you again for your participation.
