Weather Research and Forecast Model (WRF)

The weather research and forecast model is destined to become the operational model for the United States National Weather Service in October 2004.  This model was developed in a successful collaboration between the university community and government research laboratories.  FSL's Acvanced Computing Branch has been working on the development of WRF in a number of areas.
