AMENDMENT DESCRIPTION:
Amendment clarifies language in the bill; authorizes $1.5 billion to cover increased security expenses at airports; authorizes the deputization of airport screeners as Federal transportation security agents; and provides for a limitation on liability for damages arising out of crashes of Sept. 11, 2001.
