Eliminating Racial/Ethnic Health Disparities With the goal of eliminating health disparities in six major areas by 2010, CDC has embarked upon work that will result in new knowledge about the causes of health disparities, enhanced disease prevention programs for all individuals, innovative methods of promoting health, and delivery of culturally competent and linguistically specific preventive and clinical services. |
