Military activities have requested this testing to determine the impact of air pollution from various sources. Air pollution may include ambient dust from the desert, toxic organics and heavy metals from an off-base incinerator, and ash from a nearby volcano. We perform testing in accordance with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) reference methods. Comparison of test data with EPA or state standards indicates whether or not a health problems exist. We often collect wind speed and direction data to determine the pollutant source origin. We can establish a specific testing program to measure pollutants of concern to you. |
