An eight-page booklet entitled "Your Guide to Fair Employment." The contents consist of the list of acceptable documents on the inside cover and the Form I-9 on the inside back cover. Other information includes an explanation of what INA is and how it affects employers, information on how to avoid immigration-related employment discrimination and a question and answer section. Federal Protection Against National Origin Discrimination -- Brochure

The Civil Rights Division has established a National Origin Working Group to help citizens and immigrants better understand and exercise their legal rights.
