A research study is under way to examine the safety and efficacy of a medication for melanoma.
Volunteers at least 18-years-old who have histologically or cytologically confirmed unresectable Stage III b/c or Stage IV melanoma may be eligible to participate.
Research sites are located throughout the United States and Canada.

A research study is being conducted to determine whether reducing homocysteine levels in patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD) will slow the rate of cognitive decline.
Volunteers 55 years old or older who have mild-to-moderate AD and speak either English or Spanish may be eligible to participate.
The research site is in Tucson, Ariz.

A research study is being conducted to test the safety and effectiveness of a drug for Type II Diabetes.
Volunteers between the ages of 30 and 65 who have Type II diabetes and are currently on insulin therapy may be eligible to participate.
The research facility is in Lawrenceville, N.J.
