A research study to learn whether avoiding the consumption of intact cow milk proteins in the first 6-8 months of life can decrease the incidence of type 1 diabetes by 10 years of age in babies who have a family member with type 1 diabetes. Pregnant women who themselves, the baby's father, or the baby's sibling have type 1 diabetes are eligible. Research sites located in cities throughout California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Hawaii, Colorado, and Utah.

A research study of an investigational medication for patients with first line advanced or metastatic breast cancer. Volunteers who are able to swallow an oral medication and who have adequate kidney, liver, and bone marrow function may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

A research study of an investigational medication for the treatment of enlarged prostate, also known as benign prostatic hyperplasia or BHP. Volunteers 50 or older who have symptoms of BHP like frequent urination, weak urine stream and feeling like they are not able to completely empty the bladder may be eligible. Research site located in Cincinnati, OH.
