Ovarian Cancer

A research study of an investigational medication for the treatment of ovarian cancer. Female volunteers 18 and older who have stage III/IV ovarian cancer and have had elevated levels of CA125 may be eligible. Research site located in St. Louis, Mo.

Diabetes - Type 2

A research study to determine if an investigational combination of marketed diabetes drugs is safe and effective in treating people who have Type 2 diabetes mellitus that is above "normal range." Volunteers who have been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and have had prior treatment with diet and/or exercise alone, or less than 15 days of prior treatment with an oral anti-diabetic medication or insulin may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.
