The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Oak Ridge Office, is seeking comments from industry on Draft Request for Proposals (RFP) No. DE-RP05-04OR23075 for the design, construction, and management and operation of the Rare Isotope Accelerator (RIA). Due to the significance this procurement will have within the mission of DOE's Office of Science, the Department is issuing the complete Draft RFP to afford prospective offerors and other stakeholders the opportunity to provide meaningful input on the definition of work, the proposed terms of the contract, and the selection process.
