Multiple Sclerosis
A research study to determine the effectiveness of an investigational medication in treating patients with clinically isolated syndrome (CIS), a condition in which patients have had one multiple sclerosis (MS)-type attack. Volunteers ages 18-45 who have had a single MS-like attack within the previous 90 days may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

Insomnia
A research study of an investigational medication to treat insomnia. Volunteers 18 or older who have had chronic primary insomnia for at least three months may be eligible. Research site located in New Hyde Park, NY.

Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD - Pediatric)
A research study focusing on the problems that many children with ADHD have with organizational skills, such as managing their time, managing materials needed for school work, and managing activities at home. Children 8 to 13 may be eligible. Those enrolled in the study will be taking Concerta(r), a commonly prescribed ADHD medication. Research site located in New York, NY.
