    Depression (Major/Severe)

    A research study of an investigational medication for elderly patients with major depressive disorder (MDD). Volunteers at least 65 years old who have been diagnosed for at least eight weeks with MDD using DSM-IV criteria for their current episode may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

    Parkinson's Disease

    A research study of an investigational medication to treat early Parkinson's disease. Volunteers 40 or older who have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease for less than five years may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

    Asthma

    A research study to evaluate an oral investigational treatment for patients with stable asthma. Volunteers 18 - 70 who have been diagnosed with persistent bronchial asthma and who are non-smokers or ex-smokers (for 12 months or longer) may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.
