Volunteers 18 years old or older who have metastatic renal cell carcinoma that can't be surgically removed and who have taken one treatment for a period of time in the last 8 months, but not in the last 30 days may be eligible to participate. This medication is injected into the arm and hand muscles and has not yet been approved by the FDA. Volunteers must be at least 18 years old who have had a stroke within the past six months or longer. They must have muscle tightness from the stroke in one arm. The research site is in Miami, Fla.
