    Alzheimer's Disease

    A research study to test the safety and efficacy of an investigational medicine for patients with severe Alzheimer's disease. Volunteers 50 or older who have severe Alzheimer's, have had a CT scan or MRI within the last two years, and who are not living in a nursing home may be eligible. Research site located in Sun City, Ariz.

    Memory Loss

    A research study to evaluate an oral investigational medication that may improve memory in people who have been characterized as having mild cognitive impairment. Volunteers 55 or older who have memory loss noticed by someone close to them may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

    Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

    A research study of an investigational medication for the treatment of IBS. Women between 18 and 75 who are suffering from the constipation and/or diarrhea symptoms of IBS and have been diagnosed with IBS for at least six months may be eligible. Research site located in Panama City, Fla.
