Cáncer papilar y folicular tiroideo en estadio III
Opciones de tratamiento estándar:
- Tiroidectomía total más extirpación de ganglios linfáticos afectados o de otros sitios de enfermedad extratiroidea.
- Ablación con I131 después de la tiroidectomía total si el tumor muestra
absorción de este isótopo.[1]
- Irradiación con haz externo si la absorción de I131 es mínima.[2]
