Federal Trade Commission today announced the following actions:
Application for approval of transaction:
- The FTC has received an application for the approval of a proposed divestiture from the
following: Duke Energy Corp.; Duke Energy Field Services, L.L.C.; and Phillips
Petroleum. The application concerns the companies' request for Commission
approval to divest the assets listed in Schedules C-J of the relevant FTC order to Oneok
Gas Processing, L.L.C., a subsidiary of Oneok, Inc. These assets are located in the: 1)
Texas/Cimmaron Counties, OK Area; 2) Northwest Beaver County, OK Area; 3) Meade/Clark
Counties, KS Area; 4) Ellis/Woodward Counties, OK Area; 5) Dewey/Roger Mills Counties, OK
Area; 6) Southern Oklahoma City Area; 7) Northern Oklahoma City Area; and 8) Northeast
Logan County, OK Area. The application was made pursuant to the provisions of Docket No.
C-3932.
- The Commission is seeking public comments on the application for 30 days, until July 31,
2000. Comments should be sent to the Office of the Secretary, 600 Pennsylvania Ave., N.W.,

Consent agreements given final approval:
- Following a public comment period, the Commission has made final a consent agreement
with the following: Efamol Nutraceuticals, Inc. The Commission vote to

11, 2000.)
- Following a public comment period, the Commission has made final a consent agreement
with the following: Zim Textile Corporation. The Commission vote to

- Following a public comment period, the Commission has made final a consent agreement
with the following: Service Corporation International. The Commission
