Author Checklists

As part of the review process, authors must submit the Initial
Checklist for Authors Submitting Manuscripts with their manuscript
and cover letter. After we acknowledge receipt of your manuscript, each manuscript
author must complete, sign, and submit an Author's
Statement. If your manuscript is accepted for publication, we require
you to complete the Final Checklist
for Authors of Accepted Manuscripts. Although the Final Checklist is
required only for accepted manuscripts, we ask you to review its contents
early in the review process to become aware of some of the tasks, especially tasks related to obtaining permissions.
Each form below is available as a Microsoft Word Document and is also available
at PCD Manuscript Central.
- Click the link below to download the form.
- Save the form to your desktop or hard drive.
- Open the form.
- When you have completed the checklist, save the form and submit
it electronically with your manuscript at PCD Manuscript Central.
The Author's Statement may be faxed to PCD at 770-488-8635. Please be
sure to include a cover sheet with your name and the title of the
manuscript.
