Shoreline Change Conference Proceedings The Shoreline Change Conference
was held May 7 to 9, 2002, at the NOAA Coastal Services Center in Charleston,
South Carolina.
The purpose of the conference was to foster a dialogue between researchers and practitioners who were involved in the development and use of shoreline change estimation technology. The conference focused on data and technologies for measuring shoreline change, as well as on methodologies and applications to effectively document and understand this phenomenon. *The 2002 Shoreline Change Conference proceedings are dedicated to the late James (Jim) R.
