Mon Chong Loong Trading Corp. Issues Allergy Alert on Undeclared Sulfites in Chinese Herb Soup

Maspeth, NY, July 27, 2001 - Mon Chong Loong Trading Corp. is recalling all of its Chinese Herb Soup, because it contains undeclared sulfites. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to sulfites run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.

Chinese Herb Soup was distributed in the New York metropolitan area through retail stores.

It is packaged in plastic bags with code: 2000.11.20 and is labeled in Chinese.
