Component Description:

The Justice Management Division serves as the management arm of the Department of Justice, establishing internal administrative policy, providing administrative support services to Departmental organizations, and developing and directing administrative management programs. This division keeps Department of Justice personnel records, accounting and budget records, property, motor pool, and parking records, and other administrative records.

Justice Department's annual report to Congress on the Freedom of Information Act; public financial disclosure reports; certain financial information about the Justice Department, such as budget for current or past year; Annual Report to Congress pursuant to Section 2 of Public Law 99-578; listing of current contracts under administration and listing of upcoming procurements; statistical data and explanatory information concerning the operations of the Asset Forfeiture Fund; Annual Report of the Attorney General on Management Controls, Department Organization and Functions Manual; public information of the Management and Planning staff, such as lists of bureau procurement officers; organizational charts, annual reports and statistical summaries of the Equal Employment Opportunity Staff, and portions of 28 C.F.R. related to the FOIA.
