Preserve America

Visit to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital

In November of 2003, Mrs. Bush visited the Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, Virginia, to urge women to see their doctors, find out their risk for heart disease, and take action to protect their hearts. She commended Norfolk organizers for their efforts and called on Norfolk directors of organizations and institutions, as well as leaders across America, to join the fight against heart disease and to work together to help women take heart health seriously.
