    Please be sure you have been scheduled to appear for fingerprinting by letter. Do not appear for fingerprinting without an appointment letter.
     

    If a Federal holiday falls on a Monday, all the Application Support Centers that are normally open Tuesday through Saturday will be closed on the previous Saturday.
     
    Special Instructions for New York City District Residents who want to renew their Green Card. Before going to an Application Support Center, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1 (800) 375-5283 /TDD 1 (800) 767-1833 Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM to schedule an appointment.
