    Although INS is the primary agency responsible for enforcing the nation's immigration laws,
    other agencies also play a role in enforcing aspects of immigration law that closely relate to their own responsibilities. 

    We are making some of these Titles of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) available on the INS Website. INS does not assume responsibility for the complete accuracy of these regulations.
