One-Stop Mortgage Center
Provides homeownership and mortgage lending information to tribal members in Indian Country, Housing Authorities, lenders, Federal employees, tribal leaders, and tribally designated housing entities.

Programs

Indian Home Loan Guarantee Program (Section 184)
Gives Native Americans access to sources of private mortgage financing by providing loan guarantees to lenders. Section 184 covers one-to-four family homes located in an Indian or Alaska Native area where the land may be tribal trust, allotted individual trust or fee simple.

Tribal Housing Activities Loan Guarantee Program (Title VI)
Provides loan guarantees for Indian Housing Block Grant recipients (Indian Tribes and TDHE's) who need additional funds to engage in NAHASDA-eligible affordable housing activities but are unable to borrow from other sources without the guarantee of payment by the Federal government.
