14th Street Entrance (Recommended)
The Central and Eastern Europe Business Information Center (CEEBIC) is located in the USA Trade Center in the Ronald Reagan Building. To visit CEEBIC, we suggest that you enter the Ronald Reagan Building through the 14th Street entrance located in the center of the building directly behind a large fountain. Take the elevators to your left up one floor to the Mezzanine Level. Exit the elevator and follow corridor around to your left. The USA Trade Center is located approximately 25 feet from the elevators. Check-in will be conducted at the Trade Center’s reception area.

Federal Triangle Metro
To visit the Central and Eastern Europe Business Information Center (CEEBIC) via metro, take the orange or blue line to Federal Triangle. Exit the metro and follow signs for the Ronald Reagan Building. Enter the Ronald Regan Building and follow the signs for the Food Court. Stay to your right as you pass through the main rotunda till you reach the elevators on the right hand side of the food court. Take the elevator to the Mezzanine Level and follow the corridor around to the left until you reach the USA Trade Center which is approximately 50 feet from the elevators. Check-in will be conducted at the Trade Center=s reception area.

Parking:
Parking is difficult and expensive. The public parking closest to the DOC Hoover Building is located in the Ronald Reagan Building \ International Trade Center. There are two entrances to this parking garage: one located off 14th Street, between Pennsylvania and Constitution, and the other is located off Pennsylvania Avenue, between 13th and 14th Streets. The parking garage is open from 6am to 2am. It is recommended to arrive well in advance because the security guards will conduct a search of your vehicle. The RRB/ITC parking garage can be rather expensive: 3 hours or less costs $14.00; 3 to 10 hours costs $16.00; and over 10 hours costs $17.00. The attached map indicates other public parking garages in the area.

Driving Directions:
If you are driving from outside the city, a good resource for driving directions is the MapQuest website at www.mapquest.com . Once at their website, click on the "Driving Directions" icon.

Quick Bite for Lunch
The Ronald Reagan Building / International Trade Center features 17 food court eateries that offer a variety of menus, many with an international flair. The food court is located on the "concourse" level and is easily accessible from the 14th Street (ground level) entrance of the building.



Note: Concierge desks and security guards are located throughout the building. If you become lost, please ask for directions to the USA Trade Center.
