Welcome to the USGS Wildlife and Terrestrial Resources Program

     Wildlife and Terrestrial Resources research is conducted on waterfowl, songbirds, large mammals, terrestrial plants, amphibians, and their habitats. Results complement and support the conservation and management efforts of Federal and State wildlife agencies, non-governmental organizations and International treaties.
