If you're having problems opening the Quota Request or Quota Cancellation
Form, please have your ADP personnel perform the following steps:
- Go into the "Internet Options" (usually found under
"Tools" or "View" depending on what version of
Internet Explorer you're using).
- Once in "Internet Options", select the
"Advanced" tab.
- Then select the "Restore Defaults" button, which is
located below the "Settings" window.
- Once this is done select "Apply" then
"OK".
- Restart your computer.
The Quota Request or Quota Cancellation Form should work. Basically you
are resetting the default options for how the browser views a page. If you
