The FTC's Distribution Office has relocated from the basement of the Headquarters building in Washington, DC, to the FTC warehouse in Alexandria, VA.

The Distribution Office handles only bulk orders for FTC customers. Bulk orders are considered quantities over 50 copies of any title. Customer orders for less than 50 copies per title are fulfilled by the Consumer Response Center via the FTC's toll-free number, 1-877-FTC-HELP. (Fulfillment of these individual orders is not affected by the Distribution Office move.)
