Note: BRM Version 2.0 distinguishes between "Agency-Specific" and "Cross-Agency" operations in both the Support Delivery of Services and Management of Government Resources business areas. The only difference between the Support Delivery of Services business areas lies in the General Government (Cross-Agency) line of business. Therefore, all lines of business have been combined within the Support Delivery of Services business area. When agencies are mapping to the BRM, they will be given the opportunity to clarify if they perform the Lines of Business in these areas for themselves (Agency-Specific) or as a service for other agencies (Cross-Agency).
