Suggested Browser Settings
Internet Explorer 5.x and 6
1. At the top of the browser window, click on Tools, then Internet
Options
2. Click on the General tab at the top of the Internet Options
window
3. In the Temporary Internet Files box, click on the Settings
button
4. Make sure Every Visit To Page is checked
5. Click OK
6. Click on the Advanced tab at the top of the Internet Options
window
7. Scroll down to the bottom of the list of settings displayed
to the Security section
8. Make sure Use SSL 2.0 and Use SSL 3.0 boxes are checked
9. Make sure Use TLS 1.0 box is unchecked
10. Click OK
Netscape 4.x
1. Click on Edit, then Preferences...
2. Under Category, click on Advanced and expand the category
3. Make sure Enable Java , Enable JavaScript and Enable style
sheets are checked
4. Then click on Cache under the Advanced category
3. Make sure Verify Documents has Once per Session checked
4. Click OK
