 PDREP Application:

• Data Entry: PQDR
  • Tycom is automatically generated when PDREP EZPQDR user accepts a PQDR for import.
  • The SQL for the DCMA advanced report is now modified so that the region is determined by the values in the REFADO table rather than CAO of the CAGE code.
  • NAVICP disposition is now referred to as 'Material Disposition' on all pages and correspondences.
  • BSM credit memo is now displayed on the Screening Point closing page.
  • PDREP users are now alerted when the NIIN of the PQDR is flagged as 'BSM' by a message on the Base page.
  • Originator now has correspondence link access regardless of PQDR status.
  • PQDR’s that have a NIIN flagged as 'BSM' must provide a requisition number before forwarding for action. BSM considers requisition number a mandatory field and will reject records without this value.
  • Warnings were converted to Fatal errors if DLA inputted data user does not meet business rules.
  • Requisition number is required if PQDR is assigned to a DFAS office or credit is authorized. If contract number is provided, CAGE code must also be present. Otherwise, the user is directed to the 'PQDR Mandatory Fields' page.
  • Security rules have been updated for the Originator and PQDR Creator so that they have restricted access to the system once PQDR is closed..
  • Modifications were made to Advanced CDCS search so that SQL runs properly when CAGE code is entered.
