REMINDER: Open Season for enrollment in the 2005 FSAFEDS Program will run from November 8, 2004 through December 13, 2004. During that time period you may enroll online or via a Benefits Counselor at 1-877-FSAFEDS (372-3337).
The "My Account Summary" screen will reflect your information for the 2004 plan year shortly after your first allotment is received, but no later than February 1, 2004. The FSAFEDS program confirms your enrollment and election(s) only after we receive the first allotment from your payroll provider.
At the time of enrollment you received a confirmation statement confirming your 2004 election(s). For further confirmation of your election you can also contact a benefits counselor at 1-877-FSAFEDS (372-3337).
