MISSION
To develop, administer and utilize past performance automated information
systems, to analyze the quality of material and services provided
to the Navy, assess the past performance of contractors supplying
material and services, and recommend actions which result in improved
products and best value contract award decisions.
VISION
Our workforce will be the past performance information functional
and application experts for DoN and DoD. Our office will be
the one stop shop for past performance information within DoD.
