The Seventh Conference on Health Survey Research Methods continues the tradition begun in 1975 to create a forum for sharing the most recent developments in health survey methodology. Through formal and informal discussion, conference participants deliberated some of the most challenging aspects of survey research today such as collecting data from children, dealing with nonresponse, and cross cultural considerations. These Proceedings capture the presentations, the thoughts of the discussants, and the essence of the ensuing floor discussion for each of the sessions. Seventh
