in the map, or on the name of the state below the map.
The Proposed
National Priorities List (NPL) Sites - by State page provides information about sites
proposed to the NPL; including site name, location, proposal date,
Federal Register Notice, and site narrative.
The
Final National Priorities List (NPL) Sites - by State page provides information about final
sites listed on the NPL; including site name, location, final listing
date, Federal Register Notice, and site fact sheet.
The Construction
Completions at National Priorities List (NPL) Sites - by State
page provides information about NPL sites that have had construction
completions; including site name, location, and construction completion
date.
The Partially
Deleted National Priorities List (NPL) Sites - by State
page provides information about sites that have been partially deleted
from the NPL; including site name, location, and partial deletion
date.
The Deleted
National Priorities List (NPL) Sites - by State page
provides information about sites deleted from the NPL; including
site name, location, deletion date, Federal Register Notice, and
site fact sheet.

Use the
Basic Query to obtain general information about active Superfund
sites based on criteria chosen for these search options:
- Site Name
- CERCLIS ID
- Street
- Address
- City
- County
- State/Territory
- EPA Region
- Zip Code
- NPL Status
- Contaminated Media
- Contaminants of Concern
Search results for the Basic Query will be returned in a standardized
format. The report will list the active hazardous waste sites that
match your criteria, along with hyperlinks to available NPL site
information products.
The
Advanced Query provides greater flexibility in
finding detailed information about Superfund sites. In addition
to providing the same general search options as the basic query,
the advanced query enables a search on these criteria:
- Federal Facility Status
- Congressional District
- Activity Type
- Activity Lead
- Activity Start Date
- Activity Completion Date
- Financial Transaction Type
- Financial Amount
- Financial Date
For query results, most of the search fields can either display,
or provide a count of, the information requested.
