The Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Office is responsible for the overall management of the EEO Program within the Office of Justice Programs.

The EEO program consists of three components:

• Affirmative Employment Programs
• Special Emphasis Programs and
• Discrimination Complaints System

All three must work together to make our place of employment one that is fair and diverse.
