CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION

The Department of Justice (DoJ) Procurement Executive is pleased to announce the implementation of the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) for the Department and all its Bureaus effective immediately. The CCR system may be accessed at: http://www.ccr.gov The U.S. Department of Defense CCR system is for vendor registration (replacing the SF-129) and Electronic Funds Transfer payments (replacing the SF-3881). The Department and its Bureaus will use the proposed Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Central Contractor Registration, Case 2002-018, released April 3, 2003 as a basis for establishing local provisions and clauses. PROCUREMENT GUIDANCE DOCUMENTS

The Department of Justice (DOJ) Procurement Executive has recently added the DOJ Procurement Guidance Documents (PGDs) to the HomePage. They should be used as an adjunct to the Department of Justice Acquisition Regulation (JAR). DOJ PGDs are numbered consecutively with the calendar year they are issued. They are located at the DOJ Procurement Guidance Documents page.
