The Office of Surface Mining has established a new Customer Service Award. This award recognizes Office of Surface Mining employees (i.e. individuals, teams, and organizations) and contractor employees that provide outstanding or noteworthy service to customers (citizens, state/tribal agencies, coal companies, etc.). Award recipients will receive a recognition certificate. The award recognizes customer-oriented interactions and activities in one or more of the following areas:
Anyone can nominate an Office of Surface Mining employee at anytime. The accomplishment to be recognized should have been achieved within three months of submitting the nomination. To nominate an employee for an award, complete the electronic form below.
