This budget document, known as the "Green Book," is available on the web in Adobe Acrobat .pdf format. Printed copies can be requested from Ruth Stokes, Budget Officer. The Green Book is provided here by chapters to provide easy downloading. The 2004, 2003, and 2002 Green Books are also available.
