Following is an index of monthly Office of Surface Mining inspection and enforcement reports. These summary reports are compiled from the computer tracking system that stores statistics from all Office of Surface Mining site visits, enforcement actions (both oversight and where the Office of Surface Mining is the Regulatory Authority), and all written citizen complaints received the Office of Surface Mining.
The monthly reports include: Table 1 - Ten-day notices, Table 2 - Ten-day notices administrative appeals, Table 3 - Field office site visits and inspections, Table 4 - Federal enforcement actions, Table 4A - Federal enforcement actions for Abandoned Mine Land reclamation fees, and Table 5 - Citizen complaints received by the Office of Surface Mining.
