If you have a complaint about your drug discount card, you should call the company first. Some examples of why you may file a complaint are:
having to wait too long for your prescriptions,
the pharmacy is charging more than its supposed to,
the pharmacy wont accept the $600 credit from Medicare,
the company is sending you materials not related to the Medicare-approved drug
discount card that you didnt ask to get.
If the company does not take care of the complaint, you can call 1-800-MEDICARE
